Kshitiz-BBA Orientation Program (Batch 2025–2028)
The Kshitiz-BBA Orientation for the 2025-2028 batch kicked off with enthusiasm and fervor on 4th August 2025 at the APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium.
The event began with a warm welcome to the students and an informative Orientation Talk titled “Know Your Campus.” This was followed by Management Games aimed at honing essential skills like time management and teamwork, which taught the students valuable lessons for their academic and professional journeys.
Mr. Hari Om Tayal (Chairman-PIET) advised on time utilization and discipline, while Mr. Rakesh Tayal (Vice-Chairman-PIET) emphasized understanding global trends, pursuing start-ups over traditional jobs, and making learning sustainable. Mr. Shubham Tayal (Member-BOG) urged students to seek not just education, but knowledge and overall development, encouraging active participation in extracurricular activities.
Dr. Rohit Garg (HOD-BBA) motivated students to prioritize country growth over personal growth, while Prof. Dr. B.B. Sharma (Dean Student Welfare) encouraged reading the Ramayana and Bhagavad Gita, urging students to promise themselves to be a better version each day.
Throughout the day, students showcased their talents through several dance performances, adding vibrancy to the event.
The day’s events were meticulously organized by Ms. Preeti Dahiya (Program Head-BBA) and student coordinators Sameer, Yasir, Purvika, Daman, and Sahil, who ensured a smooth and engaging experience for all attendees.
The Kshitiz-BBA Orientation Program will continue over five days, offering a blend of academic, professional, and personal development activities. It will feature expert sessions by Mr. Nitin Sharma and Mr. Surya, a talk on “What Industry Wants from You” by Prof. Sanjiv Mehan, and an expert session by Dr. Rohit Garg. In the following days, students will attend “Soft Skills for Success” by Dr. Suman Dahiya, “Step Into Success: Interview Essentials” by Mr. LV from the Placement Cell, and “Rise & Shine: Your Soft Skills Journey Begins” by Dr. Sakshi Gupta. The program is designed to comprehensively prepare students for academic excellence and career success.
