About the Conference

The International Conference on Innovations, Research and Emerging Technologies is scheduled to be held on November 19-20, 2021 at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panipat, India. IRCET-2021 will create a global platform for researchers, scientists, academicians, policy makers, and industry experts to share experiences, discuss research findings and acquire desired knowledge in the subject from around the world with many networking opportunities. The conference will consist of plenary, session presentations and discussions on various aspects of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data science, data analytics, virtual reality, augmented reality, blockchain, internet of things, cybersecurity, cryptography and privacy, crypto currencies, industry automation, telecommunications, surveillance technologies, neuroscience, military technologies image processing etc. Authors from around the globe are invited to submit their research papers. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in relevant fields on technical innovation and novelty. Eligible research papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings depending on their importance, originality, quality, relevance and other editorial considerations. Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in high quality international journals and books indexed by SCOPUS and listed in UGC CARE and planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in CCIS series.

About the Institute

Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology (PIET) was established by the Vidhyapeeth Education Trust and Located in the National Capital Region (NCR). The founders have a clear vision to provide world-class education and to promote research. Among some of the best Engineering Institutes in NCR, PIET stands out as a clear leader. A multidisciplinary institute affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. PIET strives to encourage and make the budding scholars into skilled professionals through its various programmes e.g. Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in different disciplines. Due to the emerging scenario of entrepreneurship, Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) launched its startup and incubation center as well as entrepreneur development cell. PIET is one of only 49 Institutions in the country to have been awarded with a grant of 55 Lacs by AICTE for setting up the Idea Lab The institute provides complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the Training & Placement Cell. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection program.

About Panipat

According to the legend, Panipat was one of the five cities (prasthas) founded by the Pandava brothers during the times of the Mahabharata; its historic name being Panduprastha. Panipat was the scene of three pivotal battles in the Indian history. Panipat is situated on Shershah Suri Marg (now known as G.T. Road), 90 KM north of Delhi. The newly constructed flyover across NH-44 completed in 2008 is one of the longest flyovers in India.

Call for Paper

The authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished, research contribution which is not currently under review by any other conference or journal and addressing state-of-the-art research work in all areas of emerging technologies and various associated domains. Accepted papers will be scheduled for presentation at the conference and will be published in conference proceedings. Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in SCOPUS Indexed and UGC CARE Listed Journals and Book(s). The proceedings of the conference is planned to be published in CCIS series (Springer).

Paper Submission Guidelines

• Soft  copy  (MS-Word)  of  full  paper  is  required  to  be  submitted  as  per  Springer format :  http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0
• Similarity index must not be more than 15% in a paper.
• Papers  must  not  have  been  published  elsewhere  and  must  not  be  under  review anywhere else.
• IRCET-2021  TPC  will  look  for  all  ethical  standards,  however  the  author(s)  will  be responsible for any further plagiarism claims.
• Name and affiliation of the authors must be included in the paper. Submit your  paper  through  easy  chair  :  https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ircet2021
• Authors will be notified about acceptance/revision of the paper in time.
• If  paper  requires revision  it  will  be  sent  back  to  the  corresponding  author with comments and the corrected version must be sent back within a week.
• At  least  one  author  of  each  accepted  paper  is  required  to  register  in  the conference to present the paper.
• Authors are encouraged to submit well before the submission deadline in order to be benefited from early bird registration rates.

The papers submitted to the conference will be peer reviewed. Best paper of each track will be awarded during the conference.
