The Finance Club successfully organized the much-anticipated finance quiz, “Finquest,” on 24th February 2025, exclusively for MBA students. The event aimed to enhance financial knowledge and encourage competitive spirit among participants. It was coordinated efficiently by the Finance Club President, Mr. Aman, and Vice President, Ms. Shruti.
The quiz covered a wide range of topics, including Banking, the Stock Market, Budget 2025, and Current Financial Affairs. It was divided into two rounds: the Preliminary Round and the Final Round. The Preliminary Round was held on 17th February 2025, where 27 enthusiastic teams participated. After a fierce competition, 5 teams qualified for the Final Round, comprising 3 teams from MBA 2nd year and 2 teams from MBA 1st year.
The final round showcased an intense battle of wits and knowledge. Ultimately, the team of Shruti and Tanisha emerged as the winners, while the team of Sakshi and Priyal secured the runners-up position.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks presented by Dr. Mohan, appreciating the efforts of all participants, organizers, and coordinators. Prof. Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Mishra (Head, Department of Management Studies) felicitated the winners with trophies and certificates, commending their exceptional performance and encouraging all students to engage in such enriching activities.
“Finquest” was a resounding success, providing an excellent platform for students to showcase their financial acumen and gain valuable insights into the world of finance.
