The Department of Management Studies, Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology (PIET), under the banner of MARKODYSSEY – The Marketing Club, successfully organized a guest lecture on February 5, 2025, featuring Mr. Gaurav Jindal, CEO of HeyEV!, Co-Founder of Pointo, Former COO of Bimaplan, and Ex-Apple Professional. With vast experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, Mr. Jindal delivered an insightful session on ‘Leadership & Team Building in a Fast-Growing Startup,’ where he emphasized the importance of visionary leadership, adaptability, and strategic decision-making in scaling a business. He discussed the significance of hiring for cultural fit, fostering motivation and communication within teams, overcoming operational hurdles, and developing sustainable financial models. He also highlighted the entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, leveraging industry trends, and forming strategic partnerships to drive growth. The session was highly interactive, with students engaging in thought-provoking discussions about leadership strategies, financial inclusion in the EV sector, and transitioning from corporate roles to entrepreneurship. Mr. Jindal recognized talented students and extended interview opportunities at his startups while encouraging them to connect for future collaborations. The event, attended by faculty members and MBA students, was coordinated by MARKODYSSEY Club members, with special efforts from Akash Kashyap, Raghu Raj Singh, and Lakshita.
