Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) was established by the Vidhya Peeth Education trust in the year 2006. It was the time when the state and NCR was striving of producing World Class technocrats and Managers. PIET is self financed Initiative by a Private Management which always had an eye on quality of technical education.

The great philosophy of PIET management has created an edifice that is strengthening its foundation, which has been rising higher and higher. About The Conference

The International Conference on Innovation in Engineering & Technology for Sustainable Development (IETSD-2025) will be held on Dec 22–23, 2025, organised by Department of Computer Science and Engineering- Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Panipat, Haryana, India. The IETSD-2025 aims to bring together the international community of researchers, academicians & practitioners to discuss the latest advancements and future scope in the emerging trends. Manuscripts of accepted and presented papers will be submitted to AIP for publication, subject to further review of their quality.

Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Authors should submit their original unpublished work in PDF format to IETSD-25 via CMT-Microsoft account.
  • If any author does not have an CMT-Microsoft account, first he/she needs to create his/her account on Easychair (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CMTSRM/Submission/Index#) and then follow the link given for “Online Paper Submission”.
  • Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
  • Submission should strictly follow the recommended conference template.
  • The decision regarding the acceptance of paper is at the discretion of Technical Program Committee

Paper must be in pdf format and must satisfy following requirements:

  • Paper Size: US Letter format (8.5″ x 11″).
  • Paper Length: Up to 6 pages, including figures, tables & references. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted, with an additional charge of INR 1000 per page, to be paid during author registration.
  • Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt Times New Roman font.
  • Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75″ (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75″ (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1″ (25 mm).

Note: Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

Reviewing Process

Blind review process of peers will be As follows:

The plagiarism of the submitted manuscript will be checked by the plagiarism checking tools.

Minimum of 3 reviewers per paper; all reviewers are subject matter experts as defined by their expertise.

Each reviewer will be given maximum 3 papers to review in minimum of one month time.

There will be anonymous review of the submitted manuscript.

Conference review Process:

Step 1: Acknowledgement to the authors (Assigning Manuscript ID/CMT ID) after submission of Full paper.

Step 2: The Supporting Team will check the followings for the Manuscript received.

  1. Plagiarism (as per AIP Policy)
  2. Quality and Novelty
  3. Language
  4. Scope of the Manuscript with the theme of the Conference If the manuscript is satisfying the above said points, the manuscript will be sent for review.

Step 3: If the manuscript is not satisfying the above said points, the manuscript will be notified as either “Revise and Resubmit “or “Rejected”.

Step 4: The submitted manuscript will be assigned to three independent reviewers and will undergo a double-blind review process. Based on the review comments, the organizing committee will send the decision to authors (1. Accept 2. Accept with Revision 3. Reject)

Step 5: The authors of accepted and revised articles are requested for Registration, Camera ready Copy and Signed Copyright transfer form.

Step 6: : All the Registered Manuscript shall be presented in the conference by the respective author(s).

Number of reviews: All papers will receive at least three reviews.
