General Instructions and Author Guidelines

General Instructions

  • Papers violating formatting guidelines may be rejected.
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished work not under review elsewhere.
  • All manuscripts must be written in English and prepared as a PDF document.
  • Papers should strictly adhere to the IEEE two-column format with 10pt font size.
  • The page limit is six (6) pages. An additional two pages are allowed with extra charges as specified.
  • All figures, tables, and references must fit within the page limit.
  • Papers will be reviewed based on originality, significance, technical quality, and clarity.
  • The decision to accept or reject a paper rests with the Technical Program Committee.
  • Accepted papers must address reviewers’ comments and meet final submission requirements.
  • The Conference Chair reserves the right to exclude papers not presented or meeting guidelines from the proceedings.
  • All submissions should be made via Microsoft CMT.

Authors Guidelines

Paper Submission Guidelines
  • The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
  • Authors should submit their original unpublished work in PDF format to ICCI-2026 via Microsoft CMT account.
  • If any author does not have an Microsoft CMT account, first he/she needs to create his/her account on Microsoft CMT (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICCI2026/Submission/Index) and then follow the link given for “Online Paper Submission”.
  • Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
  • Submission should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template.
  • The decision regarding the acceptance of paper is at the discretion of Technical Program Committee

Paper Formatting Guidelines

  • The decision regarding the acceptance of paper is at the discretion of Technical Program Committee.
  • Paper must be in pdf format and must satisfy following requirements:
  • Paper Size: US Letter format (8.5″ x 11″).
  • Paper Length: Up to 6 pages, including figures, tables & references. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted, with an additional charge of INR 1000 per page, to be paid during author registration.
  • Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt Times New Roman font.
  • Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75″ (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75″ (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1″ (25 mm).

Note: Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

Reviewing Process

Blind review process of peers will be As follows:
  • The plagiarism of the submitted manuscript will be checked by the plagiarism checking tools.
  • Minimum of 3 reviewers per paper; all reviewers are subject matter experts as defined by their expertise.
  • Each reviewer will be given maximum 3 papers to review in minimum of one month time.
  • For peer review of submitted manuscripts experts would be there.
Conference review Process:

Step 1: Acknowledgement to the author through manuscript ID, after submission of Full paper.

Step 2: The supporting team will check the quality of the Manuscript.

  • Scope of the Manuscript with the theme of the Conference
  • Quality and Novelty
  • Checking Language
  • Plagiarism (as per IEEE Policy)

If the submitted manuscript satisfied the said points, it will be sent for review.

Step 3: If the manuscript failed to satisfy the said points, the contributor will be notified as either “Revise and Resubmit “or “Rejected”

Step 4: Consolidated papers will be assigned to 3 independent reviewers for each manuscript and will undergo a double-blind review process.

Step 5: Based on the reviewer’s comments, the organizing committee will send the decision to the authors: (1. Accept 2. Accept with Revision 3. Rejection)

Step 6: The authors of the finally accepted articles will be asked for submission of Camera-ready Copy, Signed Copyright transfer form and registration of the article.

Step 7: All registered manuscripts shall be presented at the conference.
