The objective of the training programme is bringing about personality & soft skill development with regard to the different behavioral dimensions that have far reaching significance for the participants.
He shared his experience in the area of personality & soft skill development and inspired the students to develop their overall personality. The presentation and interaction of the speaker was very effective. The students interacted enthusiastically and the resource person answered their queries and cleared their doubts.
The programme started with the welcome note by Mr. Sunil Dhull (H.O.D), Mechanical Engineering Department and introduced the guests. Director, Prof. K.K. Paliwal presented memento to the guest. The session came to an end with the vote of thanks by Mr. Ajay Singh.

On 11th Feb. 2016, a guest lecture was organized at Panipat institute of engineering and technology, Samalkha, Panipat on “Entrepreneurship Development”. Mr. Trilok Gupta (Astt. Director, MSME-DI KARNAL) was the esteemed speaker.
Guest Lecture is a way of stirring students with the newest updates of the industry. The topic of the session was “Basics of Entrepreneurship”. The lecture began with discussion on Entrepreneurship Development; he shared success stories of entrepreneurs like: Karshanbhai Patel – Nirma, Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani -Reliance, Narayan Murthy – Infosys, Steve Jobs – Apple, Bill Gates -Microsoft, Mark Zuckerberg – Facebook. Other key elements of the session were Why Entrepreneurship? Model of Entrepreneurship Process, Entrepreneurship Development Function, Dynamics of Entrepreneurship, Role of Entrepreneur, Functions of Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurial Traits, Entrepreneurial Competences, etc. The session was an interactive one where the students were very participative and engaged in questions with the dignitary.
The session came to an end with the vote of thanks by Mr. Gyanender Ghangas.
