PIET Scholarship Schemes
PIET is fully committed to fulfill its social responsibilities towards providing student scholarships. Different scholarship schemes supported by the institute are listed and briefed below:
Academic Scholarships
The institute supports the bright and deserving students through various institutional academic scholarship schemes. These scholarship schemes are designed for students who have displayed an outstanding level of academic achievement in their previous years.

P-KAT (PIET Knowledge Aptitude Test)
P-KAT (PIET knowledge aptitude test) is designed for searching out sharp minds. It is not a scholarship test, but it does provide the students to get a chance for 100 % exemption of tuition fee and development charges.
Eligibility for P-KAT
- Class 12th appearing or passed out students across all streams for B. Tech, B. Tech (Honors), BBA, BCA, B. Pharma, D. Pharma, Diploma (ME), B. Voc (BFSI).
- Graduation in Any stream with min 50% marks for MBA & MCA.
Test Pattern for P-KAT
Total Questions: 50, Total Time Limit: 30 Min.
(1) B. Tech./B. Tech. (Honors):
- Scientific Aptitude (Chemistry, Math, Physics), Analytical/Logical Reasoning
(2) B. Pharmacy/D. Pharmacy
- Scientific Aptitude (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), Analytical/Logical Reasoning
(3) BBA/BCA/B.VOC
- Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning & Analytical Ability, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge
(4) MBA/MCA
- Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning & Analytical Ability, General Awareness

PIET QUEST Scholarship
PIET QUEST is a test based scholarship scheme and involves three rounds, one is held at schools or colleges where the students are studying. The second round is held in the PIET campus through which twelve toppers are selected in each category from arts/commerce (school level), science (school level), polytechnics and colleges. These toppers then go through an open stage quiz contest through which the winners are identified.

In today’s world education has become one of the most essential but expensive pursuit. In the society so many talented students find it very difficult to pursue higher education because of lack of financial resources. Institute believes that talent is not captive of academics alone.
